Welcome to bocaridingclub.com (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) describe the rules for using the Site and for booking riding lessons, horsemanship sessions, kids’ camp, tuition subscriptions, and horse training from Boca Riding Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our programs, book lessons and camps, and contact us. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from the Site without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Site or the experience of other visitors
• Submit false information through any form

Minors

If you book a lesson, camp, or session for a rider under 18, you confirm that you are that rider’s parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms, and any waiver we ask you to sign, on their behalf.

Bookings, Lessons & Payments

When you book through the Site, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate information, including any allergies or health notes that matter for the rider’s safety, and you authorize payment for the amount shown at the time of booking, processed through our third-party scheduling and payment provider.
• Tuition subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal.
• Horse training is arranged directly with us and requires a one-month minimum commitment. Training details, schedule, and payment are confirmed with you before training begins.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to our current policy, which is provided at the time of booking. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel. Lessons operate rain or shine unless we let you know otherwise.
• Spaces in group lessons and camp are limited and are reserved once payment is received.

Safety & Assumption of Risk

Riding, handling, and being around horses involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury. By booking and participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks for yourself, and for any minor you register.

Riders must wear an approved riding helmet and appropriate footwear while riding, follow all instructions and safety guidance from our instructors, and only take part in activities within their ability. We may ask you to complete and sign a separate liability waiver and health acknowledgment before participating. Once signed, that waiver applies in addition to these Terms.

Photography & Media

We sometimes photograph or film lessons, camp, and events for our website and social media. If you prefer that you or your child not be included, please let us know before your lesson or camp day and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, photography, graphics, design, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Boca Riding Club and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boca Riding Club and its owners, instructors, staff, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our activities, except where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a lesson, camp, session, or service is limited to the amount you paid for that lesson, camp, session, or service.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Boca Riding Club from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your participation, or your child’s participation, in our activities, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
